Responsibilities
Pro-actively manage and optimize online campaigns and work in close cooperation with sales to extract sales from existing print advertising clients and new clients.

Activities
- Trafficking and management of online advertising campaigns
- Report generation and design (internal/external)
- Pro-active daily analyse and campaign optimization
- Interfacing with sales team and VP
- Contact with clients, perhaps doing some inside sales as well

Assertive, exceptionally organized, ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid computer/technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. Feeling for sales, eager to develop further, passion for Internet, commitment to fulfilment of campaigns and follow-thru, energetic and pro-active.

Qualifications
BS/BA degree or related work experience.
3 years experience with online ad trafficking, preferably with DART.
Understanding of ad serving technologies.
Basic knowledge of HTML, Flash, Java Script and Java a plus.
Scientific publishing experience is a ?nice to have?.
