Oracle 11i DBA

Adecco Technical is currently recruiting for a Oracle DBA
-Great company seeks long term temporary consultant in there Oregon location.

Responsibilities:
-Design/review database design and systems integration and conversion models.
-Establish and maintain security and integrity controls on the databases.
-Develop and maintain Oracle concurrent manager configuration and operation.
-Install, upgrade, and apply patches to all databases and applications.
-Plan, design, and perform backup and recovery of all databases.
-Provide support and guidance to technical and development staff.
-Work with development staff to produce applications according to production standards.
-Participate on a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide database support to a global user community.
-Support and cross train current team in the 11.5.9 E-Business Suite as well as multiple non-E-Business Suite 9i databases

Experience Required:
-MUST have in-depth knowledge of the application modules as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Applications DBA in a UNIX environment.
-Experience using RMAN for back-up and recovery-
-Use of OEM 10g a plus

Other:
-This is a position that requires the work to be performed on-site in a normal 40 hour workweek Mon - Fri during standard business hours unless otherwise stated.
-You must be a very strong technical match to be considered.
-Must be able to work directly for our client as a W-2 employee (No exceptions)
