This position will be responsible for the maintenance and stability of several Oracle 11i databases and 10g RAC clusters as the back-end to various J2EE web enabled and Oracle CRM applications, and systems running in a Solaris/Unix environment. As an experienced DBA lead this position will involve the mentoring of more junior associates, along with thought leadership in technical expertise. Involved in team meetings and reviews, and supporting the organization's configuration management and systems engineering procedures.

Qualifications
B.S./B.A. or equivalent work experience 5 yrs of Oracle 11.5.x applications including installation, configuration, management, and tuning of development, test and production environments, cloning and applying applications patches. Upgrade from 11.5.x to 11.5.10 preferred Comination of two or more of the following; 9i/10g DBA with RAC, Single Sign On, Windows NT, Application Server. Experience with Quest Tools such as FogLight and SpotLight are a plus. Outstanding written and verbal skills are required to interact with clients, senior management and developers. Must have clearable security, U.S. citizenship is required. Prior Federal work experience is highly desirable. No relocation is available for this position.
