Several years of Oracle HR module implementation experience including specific experience with the following modules:

Core HR

Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)

Employee Self Service

Manager Self Service

Performance management module

Compensation Workbench module

Experience serving as a project manager or project lead on Oracle implementations for public companies and ones with international implementation needs across multiple countries

Solid understanding of human resources in order to identify functional requirements as well as be able to develop proper configurations

Exprerience dealing directly with Oracle in submitting service requests (SR's) and Oracle Web Connect (OWC)

Able to work comfortably with version 11.5.
