Description:
Oracle/Web/Java Software Development Manager. Manage software development of financial transaction and account management applications using Oracle, Web technologies, Java and C/C++, based on Interchange Message Specification ISO 8583, in Sun Solaris server and Windows client environments.
Duties:Develop in depth understanding of company's existing financial services platform based on Oracle 10g database technologies.Continue development of company's financial services platform.Manage/work with Oracle, web and point-of-sale and ATM terminal application developers to maintain and develop new interfaces to company's financial services platform.Manage complete development cycle of company's financial services platform including design, specifications, requirements, programming, documentation, testing, deployment, trouble shooting and maintenance.Research new technologies; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; participate in professional organizations.
Skills/Qualifications:Manage complete software development cycle. Manage team of developers.Oracle, web technologies, Java and C/C++ programming.Experience developing financial services and banking software applications.10 or more years of experience developing in UNIX and Windows operating system environments. 5 or more years of managerial software development experience.BS in Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
