Order Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:

In this entry level position the Order Entry Coordinator will participate directly in processing customer, channel and internal orders for products, maintenance, training and services in an accurate and timely manner.  Ensure purchase orders, contracts and orders meet acceptance criteria and obtain any authorization or missing data as required.  Manage product and customer information and processes related to the order fulfillment cycle.  Investigate issues related to the shipment of products, maintenance and credits.  Ensure orders are shipped in compliance with the customer?s request, prioritizing and expediting orders as appropriate.  Maintain working knowledge of products, maintenance, training, services, contractual requirements, order fulfillment policies and procedures and basic accounting processes.  Audit, correct and maintain integrity of relevant information within databases. Review orders, purchase orders and contracts with respect to delivery of products and services, invoicing and payment requirements. Perform other assignments as assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

Must have strong verbal communication skills; The ability to remain flexible and to perform multiple tasks in time critical situations; Be a team member and possess team player qualities; Some knowledge of the Windows environment; Previous order processing or related experience is preferred;  Preference given for experience with the SAP Sales and Distribution module.
