PRACTICE MANAGER

Practice Manager

 Exstream Software has an immediate opening for a Practice Manager in our Lexington,  Kentucky office or in our Norcross, Georgia office.  The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure success of assigned client engagements. By working with Account Managers and Sales Support staff, the Practice Manager helps to define project needs, and to identify customer application development requirements.  Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability in managing projects, opportunity definition and project definition. 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES: 

Previous document composition experience is preferred.  We are looking for people who possess the following:

* Project management experience

*Team/staff management

* Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

* Ability to travel

* Dialogue, WebVerse, Print Industry experience a plus

* Experience with Java, C++, VB, VB.NET or other object oriented 4GLs

 * Implementation experience

* Systems integration experience a plus

* Time management skills
