IT PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION available in SSF!!

DUTIES
-- Responsible for support of planning, tracking, and reporting projects in CIT.
-- Manage and track status of work plans and deliverables.
-- Present recommendations to and escalate issues to project managers, and support issue/resolution activities.
-- Maintain project calendars and other project/program related functions such as file structures, budgets, and presentations.
-- Develop agendas, record minutes and track action items.
-- Direct project communications and ensure that all project stakeholders and customers are fully informed of project status.
-- Ensure effective project team performance.
-- Align resources across functional areas to achieve goals.

SKILLS:
-- Microsoft Office suite (especially excel and power point) required. Knowledge of software development life cycle and technical solutions delivery processes a big plus.
-- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills.
-- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, good business acumen, and be a team player.

EDUCATION >> BA/BS in Business or Technical discipline is desired.
