As an Oce Project Engineer, you will provide second and third level technical product support for Oce's exciting and leading edge range of multi-function connected devices and document and printer management software. You will be the product support engineer all others turn to for product knowledge and assistance. You will also provide technical direction and assistance to Service, Product Marketing, Manufacturing and Research and Development activities.

- Assist Oce Systems and Solutions Engineers in the field in resolving product issues as they arise, occasionally supporting them at the customer location.
- Document and track product deficiencies and/or enhancements in coordination with R&D
- Review and approve System Definition documents from the Field Systems and Solutions Engineers
- Prepare and conduct internal training to Oce Field Systems and Solutions Engineers and Customer Training Representatives
- Test new software and product features
.
- Develop standard solutions using products and workflows
- Provide customer training assistance on an as-needed basis.

Required Skills:
- BS in Electronics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in printing or computing industries, including strong networking or data processing experience or a good knowledge of printing in these environments
- Experience working in a Xerox Docuprint/Digipath/FreeFlow environment with a good understanding of those systems both in operability, installation and configuration is a plus
- Excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to research solutions with internal and external providers solving pre- and post-sales issues
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical direction to Field Systems and
- Solutions Engineers on a daily basis
