PeopleSoft Administrator - Technical
CIBER, Inc located in Overland Park, KS has a 12-16 month contract at a large client doing a PeopleSoft upgrade. They currently have two systems running; 1 that is running PS 8.0 and the other that is running PS 8.4. Our client wants to upgrade both systems to 8.9; run three systems parallel for a while to make sure the bugs are worked out, then cut two of them leaving the remaining PS 8.9 system running. This will consist of all PS modules for Finance, HR, etc. including adding POS to the mix. Pay is negotiable/market rate.
What we are looking for is a PeopleSoft Adminstrator. This is a technical role, not a functional role.
The client is running Financials 8.4 SP2 on PeopleTools 8.42.05 in a DB2/OS390 environment.
Some of the areas the resource should be well versed in are:
PeopleSoft Administration (installation & configuration (previous upgrade experience would be helpful but not necessary))
PS Application Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning
Tuxedo Administration
Weblogic Server Administration
Unix System Services
Windows Server Administration
OS/390 Mainframe (TSO/ISPF/SDSF (ie. Running batch jobs, modifying JCL, etc.)
