Salary: $80-90/K

Type: Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Design, develop and implement customizations to PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal and CRM systems.

-Analyze business requirements and provide quality solutions to critical business problems.

-Translate requirements documents into detailed design specifications.

-Prepare detailed design documents and conduct design reviews for customizations to the various PeopleSoft modules.

-Design and develop transaction level and multi-dimensional reports using PeopleSoft and BI tools.

-Assist in creation of test scripts and conduct unit testing and system integration testing.

-Provide production support and independently resolve complex problems/issues across a variety of system modules.

-Debug complex business processes and customizations within the various PeopleSoft systems.

-Make recommendations to management about improving business and technical processes within the project.

-Provide guidance to technical team members on technical issues.

-Take ownership of all development work assigned.

-Prepare weekly status reports outlining progress, issues, and next steps.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS

-Ability to work in team environment.

-Strong analysis and problem solving skills.

-Minimum 3 years experience designing and developing PeopleSoft Applications.

-Experience with PeopleTools 8.x, PeopleCode and Workflow a must.

-Experience with Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Crystal and SQL is required.

-Should have experience debugging application engine, SQR and PeopleCode programs.

-Experience with SQL Server is desirable.

-Knowledge of PeopleSoft security is desirable.

-Knowledge of Cognos reporting is a plus.
