PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst

Description:
Manage software application development and support projects based on PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management and Oracle's Financial Management business suites.

Design, develop, test and maintain software to support the Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Management modules of the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application suite. Create detailed business and technical project requirements; define project scope; provide project time and cost estimates, quality assurance and project risk mitigation planning for ERP projects. Analyze and assist with the resolution of technical issues associated with the delivered programs.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field plus five plus years of hands-on structured software analysis and design experience or equivalent experience. At least 3 years hands-on software development experience with PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management suite Version 8.3 and above. Minimum of 2 years software development experience using PeopleSoft/People Tools and SQR/SQL. Detailed knowledge of the full software development life cycle. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills.

Desired: Master's degree in Information Technology or related field. At least 2 years experience with PeopleSoft's 8.9 recruiting modules (Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Manager). Experience with relational data base design (i.e., Oracle 8.x or higher). Hands-on experience with MKS Source Integrity and Integrity Manager 4.x products or with other software configuration management tools (i.e., Visual SoureSafe, PVCS, StarTeam). Experience with automated testing tools (i.e. Mercury Quick Test Professional). Experience with Cold Fusion or Java-based web development. Experience developing and administering end-user documentation. Experience deploying software in a multi-platform environment (e.g., Windows, Machintosh, Unix).
