Position: PeopleSoft Higher Education Grants - Associate Consultants

Location:  Anywhere in the US if you're near a major airport

Travel Required:  Leave on Monday morning and back home Thursday night

Salary Range:  Competitive (based on experience)

Requirements:  PeopleSoft Financials (Version 7.5, 8.0, 8.4 and 8.8); PeopleSoft Grants (Version 8.4 and 8.8); Hands on experience with Grants, Projects, Contracts, Billing or A/R modules; Hands on experience as a Functional Applications specialist; and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

 

Duties: Associate Consultants provide functional guidance as PeopleSoft Financial applications specialists (the Grant Management Suite) to Higher Education and Academic Medical Center clients.  Will work with other Consultants and client representatives.

 

As a Consultant, you will provide high-level PeopleSoft functional services and best practices implementations to top universities and academic medical centers.  Because of the complex nature of the projects and the sophistication of the client representatives, superior organizational skills, financial management, and institutional strategic planning are key requirements for success.  Guide clients through the entire implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go live and post production support.  That includes:  Chart of accounts design, software configuration, identification of business processes, design document creation, test script identification and execution, and end user training.

 This client is willing to transfer H1B Visa's on a case-by-case basis.
