PeopleSoft Technical Analyst

This position serves as the key technical analyst for support and development of our internal PeopleSoft HR and Financials applications

 

? Work with functional team to design and implement new business requirements 

? Perform application upgrades as required

? Participate in problem management process

? Provide technical support and guidance on PeopleSoft 8 and other projects

? Design, implement and support application security

? Develop and support data conversion and application interface programs

? Maintain system documentation

? Follow and enforce application change management process

? Application ?unit? testing

? Application performance monitoring and tuning

 

 

This position reports directly to the IS Director. This person must be capable of working in both a team environment and as an individual contributor capable of solving complex technical issues with ?time sensitive? resolutions.

This position requires the ability to work with other PeopleSoft technical and functional team members, various other IT technical team members, end users and all levels of CIBER management.

 

 

?  This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 

?  Strong interpersonal, organization, teamwork and technical skills required.

?  Minimum 5 years technical experience with PeopleSoft HR and Financials modules

?  In-depth knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL and SQR required.  Knowledge of Cognos, Crystal Reports and nVision preferred.

?  Minimum 3 years experience in an operational environment
