Peoplesoft End User Support

  Responsbilities Provide 1st level End User Support, setup and maintenance for Peoplesoft Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Inventory. Provide End User Customer Support for AP & PO. Testing of PS Patches, fixes, and/or system modifications.Process of Workflow Requests, Security Requests, & Item Maintenance Requests.Document process and/or system changes.

 

Required Skills
PeopleSoft Functional End USer experience and knowledge of Purchasing and/or Accounts Payable.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to react to logged user problems
Analytical Skills to resolve problems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Willing to work OT as needed to complete tasks.

 

Soft Skills
Ability to work in a team environment.
