Our client located in Waltham, MA has an immediate position available for a PowerPoint/Graphic Specialist.

Job Description/Qualifications:
This position requires that the ideal candidate be both creative and process-oriented. Often working under deadline pressure, he/she is proactive, takes initiative, and works effectively in teams as well as independently.

A minimum of two years of experience working within the graphic field is required. Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast paced, professional environment is essential.

Must possess strong editorial (proofing/copyediting), organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate should have expert proficiency and the ability to easily shift between the following software packages: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint), Quark, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver MX. Experience on PC and Macintosh platforms necessary. BA/BS degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:
?Ensure company standards are maintained on all material with attention to consistency and detail
?Ability to take others? concepts and translate them into clear and understandable graphics for presentations
?Create and produce high quality graphic presentations, including print, multimedia, and web page maintenance for both internal and external audiences
?Produce high quality marketing communication collateral (print and web-based) in support of new business development and marketing initiatives
?Assist with graphic-related administrative duties, including the creation of graphic-related resources for consultants and staff in the field as required
?Identify and assist with graphic product improvements through self-education and on the job training
?Manage all information related to client work confidentially and professionally
