Premium Support Evangelist

The Premium Support Evangelist is the Subject Matter Expert in each brand to aid in the sale and growth of the Premium Support business. The Evangelist works with all sales teams, internal support organizations, and the clients directly to educate each group and provide ROI proof. The Evangelist will provide relative scenarios to aid in bringing a clearer picture of the benefits that Premium Support Services can bring to the client. The sales force will look to the Evangelist to help them be successful in selling the service and will have the Evangelist accompany them to client sites whenever possible.

Major Field of Study: Computer Science or Equivalent
Communication Skills, verbal and written, Strategic Thinking, Established internal-brand relationships with IBMers, Partner with sales/Brand to get software sales forecasts; cascade to SSS, Build strategy on how to engage with sales most effectively, Key point of contact for SSS during client, PSM, and SWG interactions, Collaborative, established relationship with sales teams, Sales Experience.
