Inland Empire Utilities Agency is a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment/water reclamation public agency servicing seven member cities with a population of 700,000 in the west end of San Bernardino County.  IEUA operates five regional wastewater treatment/water reclamation facilities that treat 57 million gallons of wastewater per day.  The Agency owns a co-composting facility, a manure digestion facility, several domestic and industrial trunk and interceptor sewer lines and operates the Chino 1 Desalter.

Job Description:  Senior Associate Engineer ? Primavera Project Mgmt.  ($5704 to $6950/month)

 Responsible for reporting, maintenance and future development of  the Agency?s Primavera P3e/c and Expedition project management software

 Extensive knowledge of P3e/c, Visual Basic for Access and project management concepts

 Have a strong background in P3e/c  V4.1, MS Office 2003 including Visual Basic for Access, analytical skills, and strong communication and people skills.

 Have the ability to train staff  in the use of Primavera

 Duties include project management for capital projects, development of budgets, regulatory compliance reporting and the review of consultant work.

 Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction as new or unusual assignments are made and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the department. 

 

Requirements:Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree acceptable to the Agency (Masters Degree is highly desirable)

 Four years of increasingly responsible project management experience, preferably with a wastewater/water treatment facility or a public agency; or an equivalent combination of training and experience

 One year of supervisory responsibility is desirable.

 A California  P.E. is highly desirable
