Description:
As Senior Software engineer at Visto, you will contribute to the overall design and architecture of our messaging platform products with primary focus on email, calendaring and contact integration. You will help build high-performance, highly scalable enterprise client-server software suite on modern Windows platforms.

?Strong debugging skills, ability to organize and write clean and maintainable code

Responsibilities include:
?Feature design and development of core server - Visto Mobile Application Platform
?Debugging and bug resolution of the server platform software

Educational Requirements:
?BSCS/MSCS, or related technical degree(s)

Required Skills & Experience:
?10+ years minimum industry experience working on full software development cycle from concept to product deliverables through system deployment
?Solid system programming experience with C++, Win32 API, multi-threaded programming, Perl/Shell scripting
?Proven track record for taking products to market on time and on budget under aggressive schedules
?Development experience in highly scalable, 24X7, multi-tier enterprise client and server products
?Database programming interfaces and database usage - MS SQL, Oracle, or other RDBMS
?Internet technologies - HTML/XML, HTTP/HTTPS,JSP, Servlets
?Email and messaging technologies - IMAP,POP3,MAPI
?Network technologies - proxy server, Load Balancers, TCP/IP, UDP
?Good presentation and documentation skills

Bonus Points for:
?E2E system Performance analysis, testing and measurement
?5+ years strong MAPI programming
