Use professional concepts to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways. The ability to identify and analyze problems, determines causes, evaluate alternative solutions, make recommendations for action and predict consequences. The ability to use quantitative and non-quantitative data to create workable solutions. Apply a disciplined, logical, and comprehensive approach to problems and decisions. Communicate and coordinate projects in an effort to execute process excellence by developing end-to-end process for corporate priority initiatives.

-Strong Process Improvement experience and expertise with the ability to analyze data.

-Re-Design Processes using Six Sigma and Lean Sigma methodologies.

-Implement Process Improvement Projects of high degrees of complexity.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples.

-Demonstrate ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and to provide the leadership to design implement and share best practices.

-5+ years experience in Process re-engineering methodologies in business operations.

-Extensive proficiency in project management methodologies.

-Create process maps and supporting documentation of 'as is' and 'to be' procedures within the designed business operations area.

-Identify and assess the root cause of process problems and determine appropriate resolutions.

-Demonstrate outstanding communication skills in presentations of solutions and alternatives, in facilitation of requirements gathering.

-Outstanding organizational skills and well versed in basic project management skills.

-Experience in analytical type positions, preferably in a business process improvement environment or business analyst position.

-Proven ability to follow and execute best practices.

-Proven ability as an agent of change and in communicating new ideas and using keen influencing skills effectively.
