 PRODUCER/DESIGNER

 

 

 

Position Description:

 

Responsible for casino game development from conception through release, including coordination of 3rd party and regulatory testing.  Accountable for project deadlines and game quality. Schedules tasks and coordinates deadlines for a team of programmers, artists, statisticians, and sound designers. Tracks and reports project status to management.  Participates as a member of MGAM?s game design team and responsible for specifying game content.  Creates game design proposals and game design documents based on knowledge of the casino gaming industry, MGAM?s target markets, MGAM?s game performance, and competitors products.  Some travel required. Performs other duties as required.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Mathematics, RTF, or related field and casino game design experience with video, stepper, and/or progressive slots.  Experience managing diverse teams, excellent project management skills and intense attention to detail is a must.  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and creativity. Familiarity with Casino gaming industry and PC gaming industry. Proficient in MS Word and Excel and familiarity with source control and asset management software.  Ability to take direction, be open to constructive criticism, work within deadlines, switch priorities on a dime, and be detail-oriented. Knowledge of existing gaming patents.
