Product Developer

Looking for a highly energized/motivated programmer with strong skills in Java, WAS (J2EE, Servlets, JSP, EJB), Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, XML), and Eclipse or RAD IDE. This individual will be a part of team responsible for development of a J2EE based product in the Tivoli Security Product Area. The actual team role will be based on the individual's experience/skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of technical experience and have been through multiple product development cycles (including requirements, design, code, UT, debug, and test support). Must have at least one product cycle on a Java/WAS based product. The candidate should have good leadership/ coordination/ teamwork/ communications skills.
