Product Marketing Manager

Job Description The candidate selected will possess knowledge and experience with implementing strategic product marketing programs, developing and executing a marketing plan, ROI, evaluation analysis of campaigns, market research and collateral writing. Excellent communication and strong team building skills are a must.  The candidate will have strong software product management experience and will also ideally have 2 to 3 years of marketing experience within the National and International Government.  The ideal candidate will have proven analytical skills, be able to work with a minimum of supervision, have experience with projects requiring complex analysis. Strong writing skills are required.  Preferably the candidate will have experience writing business cases and/or marketing materials. The position is highly visible and involves direct support of business managers with product decisions, market research and collateral writing and special projects. A four year degree is preferred.

 

Responsibilities

The candidate will prepare marketing strategies and programs the C?ram Product line. Evaluates product performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives. They will advises sales team on any relevant product concerns and recommend changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends.

 

Skills/Attributes

? 4-year college degree preferred with minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience required

? Significant experience working in the software industry

? Must be a self motivated, goal oriented individual with above average organizational skills

? Must exhibit strong analytical skills

? Good communication/listening skills

? Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment

? Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required

? Internships, projects or full-time experience in a complex analytical environment and an aptitude for problem solving are essential

? Project management skills and the proven ability to execute a must
