Production Control Analyst

This position is responsible for batch scheduling. This includes analysis, implementation, montioring, and troubleshooting of batch jobs across multiple operating systems (Windows, mainframe, and UNIX). This position requires knowledge and understanding of automation tools and file transfer protocols. This position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to be a team player. This position requires working outside of traditional work hours to provide production support through on-call support in the evenings and on weekends.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience with batch scheduling systems. Prefer CA-7 and AutoSys, but not mandatory. Experience should include database management, analysis of batch requirements, creation and implementation of batch jobs, calendar maintenance, etc.
- Experience with Connect:Direct file transfers
- JCL experience
- 2 to 4 years experience with WinTel, HP and SUN UNIX operating systems, and OS/390 mainframe operating systems.
- Strong organizational skills, ablility to manage multiple deliverables at one time
- Project Management experience is desirable
- Familiarity with Windows 2000 / Microsoft Office Suite of applications, such as Word, Excel, etc.
