We are seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to become the Director of Program Management for MonsterTRAK, the student division of Monster.  A new role for the business unit, we are looking for a strong leader who can be responsible for delivering on-time and on-budget solutions.

Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of MonsterTRAK, this individual will be the owner of all Product, Marketing and Business technology initiatives for MonsterTRAK. Working closely with the appropriate business owners and department leaders, the Director of Program Management will be responsible for the day to day direction of the Program management.

He/she will communicate frequently with team members regarding project status and will identify and resolve project problems and issues. He/she will initiate action to identify and resolve project problems/issues and reports on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverables, project success and quality. He/She will lead the building, structuring and managing of departments and project teams while creating and managing company processes and structure to improve operation efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree, Master?s preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years management experience is a plus
Must understand business and systems analysis, proposal definition processes and have demonstrated experience in applying them in practice.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven process.
Experience in developing ROI-based business cases of technology systems deployment would be ideal.
Experience in training/mentoring colleagues.
Proven accurate project estimation and project planning experience. Experience in managing expectations and managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with executive presence.
Outstanding time management and organization skills.
Confident team leader and team builder with strong motivational skills. Adept in problem solving and resolving conflict.
Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties.
