Job Requirements: 10+ yrs of programming experience; 5+ yrs experience with Oracle HRMS (through Rel. 11.5.10 or higher) Particular experience in Core HR, Advanced Benefits, Self Service, HR Intelligence, IRecruitment, ilearning/Training Admin; 5+ yrs. Experience with Oracle Developer/2000 Forms and Reports, SQL, PL/SQL; Experience solving business needs with the Oracle HRMS arena, leveraging client extensions, flexfields, alerts, workflow, etc. Experience in a release level upgrade and installation and conversion of HRMS; Experience creating and modifying forms and reports, esp. within the Oracle HRMS framework; Experience in module setups, problem research and resolution, TAR resolution; BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or combination of technical training and experience

Job Responsibilities: Designs and develops in-house business systems. Applies extensive technical expertise; contributes to development of new techniques and standards. Develops technical solutions that require creativity and ingenuity. Work performed under general direction; has considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Guides completion of major programs; may function in a project leadership role. Represents organization as prime technical contact on projects; interacts with senior external personnel on technical matters. Provide application support to the client customer base. Perform analysis; programming, debugging, documentation and training for in-house developed business systems. Troubleshoot and provide support for third-party systems. Create and modify custom reports. Work in a team environment with other IS personnel. Communicate effectively with the client and IS personnel, including management. Provide after hours support as needed.
