Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a systems programmer with the following qualifications:

Skill Requirements :
 Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
 3 years programming experience using RPG on an AS/400 required
 ILE RPG, CL, DDS, QRY, TCP/IP, CA skills required
 Knowledge of Microsoft Operating System (WinXP, Win2000)
 Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
 Outstanding Communication skills both written and verbal
 Excellent organization skills

Responsibilities:
 Analyze project requirements with departments
 Design and program projects with minimal supervisor
 Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
 Meet established department and project goals
Conduct and/or assist in user training
 Provide user support for applications
 Perform AS/400 operations and operating system upgrades

Other Qualifications:
 Must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems
Must be goal oriented
 Must be a team player
 Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work with a minimum amount of supervision
 
Additional Considerations for the following:
 Experience using Softlanding's Turnover product
Prior ERP experience
Willingness to travel periodically

 

You should know that we have a bonus program based on company profitability that ranges from 0- 33% of your pay IE 36k can equal 12K bonus half the Bonus is paid in December and the other half in February. Also in the last 35 years we have not had a layoff .
