Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required with 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Knowledge using SCORM is a plus.
The successful candidate will possess expert knowledge of HTML, Java Scrip, XML, Flash, and VB Script. Must be an independent, detail oriented self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage workflow and deadlines for multiple, simultaneous projects.
Must be able to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Job Description :
In this position you will lead a team of programmer to work on the SOBT (Submarine On Board Training) production team and other projects as assigned. You will be responsible for the creation of Interactive Courseware (Computer Based Training). You will integrate these courses into a variety of Learning Management Systems following SCORM standards. Solid experience in a programmer/analyst role is required. This position will create programming templates using HTML, XML, Flash, and Action Script. You will coordinate, supervise and direct the production and delivery of Interactive Courseware meeting all required deadlines.
