Programmer/Analyst-Informatica/ETL Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

Be the person responsible for the development of Informatica workflow map systems to meet client expectations and then continue to support and maintain these systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
System design, develop, test, and implement Informatica mapping systems
Interface with end users to understand and document requirements
Ability to provide 24 hr support to supported applications

EDUCATION:
Bachelor?s degree in information systems, computer science, or related degree
Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience acceptable
technical skills required

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 + years Informatica development and related experience with translation mapping
5 + years experience with computer programming languages and techniques including structured application analysis, design and database practices
5 + years development experience with operating systems of Windows, Unix
Must have experience with relational databases such as SQL Server 2000, DB2
Must have knowledge, and practical experience in following proper SDLC (system development life cycle) methods

Self-directed, self-motivated and dependable
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to effectively communicate with management, piers and end users
Ability to focus on improving quality and flow of data

Strong ability to be organized, manage time and handle multiple tasks/projects and priorities in a very dynamic environment
