Programmer Analyst RPG

Baker Concrete Construction?s family of companies is searching for a Programmer Analyst?with the ability to?provide a high level of customer service?to a multi-faceted, multi-company construction firm based in Monroe, Ohio.

The companies currently handle concrete construction projects from light commercial to heavy industrial, including forming, reinforcing, placing and finishing of concrete slabs, foundations, structures, tilt panels, roads, curbs and walkways.? Baker presently operates throughout the continental United States and Caribbean Basin with offices in Ohio, Florida, Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and North Carolina.? The organization is committed to building upon our tradition of creating concrete solutions from concept to completion into the 21st century.

Qualifications that the?applicant must possess in order to be considered for the position:

?

?? 4 year college degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or a combination of experience, training, and education equivalent to a 4 year degree.

?? A minimum of 4 years of programming design and coding using RPG

?? Strong computer skills with proficiency using OS/400 and Windows XP operating systems.

?? Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective training, documentation, and interfacing with the end user group.

?? Good analytical skills to determine root causes and determine the best course of action for effective resolutions.

?? Must be able to travel to user sites as needed.
