GlobalPhone is seeking a hands-on, problem solving .Net developer to develop and support its shopping cart, billing, operational support systems and our newest Hosted PBX and VOIP products.  5 million business will switch to hosted PBX systems in the next ten years and GlobalPhone is at the forefront of this technology.

 

GlobalPhone has been in business since 1995.  Services include Hosted PBX, Voice over Internet, long distance, International Webcallback, Calling Card Services, International toll free numbers.

 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a four-year college degree and a proven track record of working in a technical environment.  .Net development experience is required.    Experience with SQL databases is desirable (MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle or MS Access).  Knowledge of html, visual basic,  Microsoft networks and web tools such as Dreamweaver is desirable. Candidates will be asked to write some programs in .Net during the job interview.

 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

?  Application development  in .Net

?  Developing system enhancements

?  Developing reports and new database applications

?  Surveillance and supervision of automated processes
