Description:

a)  Support the development, documentation, data gathering, and /or maintenance of specific deliverables.   

b)  Activity / task support could include: Supporting facilitation activities (scribing, developing hand outs, constructing and maintaining work flow diagrams, etc.)

-  Development and delivery of communication tools (e.g. producing and distributing minutes, ensuring adherence to the communication plan) 

-  Monitoring the progress of particular metrics, activities, deliverables, etc.

-  Ensuring project?s compliance with company directives and department standards

 

-  Responsible for organization, administration, and execution of tasks within projects and across multiple project teams.

 

-  Assist project managers with coordination and collection of project information. Serve as an entry-level project manager with spot knowledge of the business environment, a basic level of project management knowledge experience.  

Contribute to Department Initiatives.

a)  Research and scope Ad Hoc requests and may take ownership of the completion of said request(s).   

b)  Assist in the development, proposal, and implementation of Process Improvements to the

Project Management methodology, tools, and/or skills development.   

 

Skills:

Has working knowledge of Designing, Implementing, Documenting, MS Office, and MS Project
