Project Coordinator (5421)

Description

Project Documentation/Reporting
o Maintain Project organization charts
o Maintain phone, cell phone, and room number chart
o Review, format, and edit monthly reports to customer
o Maintain all documentation for company and subcontractor personnel to include:
? Employee files (local copies only)
? Compile all the government forms necessary for the in/out processing of all employees on the contract.
? Collect, review, and provide to corporate all expense and travel forms
o Maintain project standard operating procedures in a directory structure or Sharepoint website.
o Edit SOPs received from staff and adjust content to meet standards.
o Create PowerPoint presentations on an as-needed basis.
Interface with Corporate Staff
o Coordinate travel for all employees with the corporate office.
o Coordinate company provided training for SI employees on the contract with the corporate office.
o Serve as project liaison to Company Headquarters
o Assist in the creation and submission of weekly status reports and monthly quality assurance reports to Corporate.
Administrative
o Coordinate and scheduled meetings and others in support of the Company PM
o Create agendas and document minutes for all key project meetings as required by the PM
o Conduct in house monthly reviews in compliance with ISO as directed by PM to include
? Ensuring all company forms are updated and the current versions of all forms, reports, are available to all company employees.
? Ensure all ISO regulations and all training (in-house of off-site) are entered in to the company portal
o Coordinate Project documentation to ensure the project is ready for any ISO audits
o Conduct timesheet audits to verify that electronic timesheets have been updated.

 Required Skills

High degree of competence with Word and PowerPoint required.
Familiarity with Excel and Access.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Professional attitude.

 Required Experience

HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
1 year prior experience handling administrative tasks for a team.
