JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Lead

Title : Project Lead
Role : Onsite Coordinator for CFCI projects emanating from US
Location: Simi Valley, CA (93065)
Term : Contract to hire (6 months contract than full time) OR Full time

US Citizens and Green Card holders are preferred

Tasks Project planning, coordination/management and tracking
Daily offshore team coordination for multiple projects
Close co-ordination with onsite and offshore technical resources
Identification and escalation of hot-spots/issues

Skills Project management skills
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Good (reasonable) technical skills
Proven skills in offshore-onsite coordination
Skills to use Office, Project and Visio
5-6 years of experience
Experience with .Net, Notes and/or AS400 will be a big plus
Exposure to banking domain is a must
