Project Leader - Content Management System 200103M

The Project Leader is responsible for providing overall project deployment leadership for Brandeis' enterprise content management system and related applications and technologies.  This includes managing releases, functionality improvements and interfaces/feeds to and from the content management system; vendor communication; communication with internal customers and site publishers; and, also providing leadership on all phases of projects assigned for any new functionality as well other enterprise applications and development projects.  Requirements for this position include strong project leadership skills; strong analytical skills to deal with complex software issues; the ability to recommend process changes and manage medium to complex projects; strong technical skills in a variety of content management, web tools, database technologies and concepts; strong written and oral communication skills and to be an effective communicator with technical and non-technical staff and faculty, as well as external entities; and, the ability to work with various constituencies and facilitate collaboration between them; a Bachelor's degree (Master's is preferred), and 3-5 years of work experience.  Some experience may be substituted for some of the above education.
