Project Manager :: Enterprise Talent Lifecycle Software

We are complementing our Services Team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day project management of multiple ancillary projects in conjunction with the implementation of the VirtualEdge System at client sites.

The Project Manager works with the Services Team to ensure project plans are up to date and that deliverables are met. The Project Manager will ensure successful completion of projects according to the project plan.

Responsibilities include:
Understanding and collecting customer business requirements Developing project plans Managing schedules Planning and conducting regular project meetings with internal VE resources, clients, and third parties Developing positive customer relationships Creating a high level of customer satisfaction The dynamic Project Manager must be highly proactive, taking ownership of project progress and lifecycle and completing assigned project tasks on time as per the project timeline

 

Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree and experience in HR systems consulting, or a combination of project management and technology experience Functional or industry knowledge of Staffing Software, ATS, HRIS, HR product implementation, process reengineering and/or software project management Exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with software implementation and training Minimum 3 years project management/HR consulting experience Demonstrate strong communications, time management, and project organizational skills Maintain a high degree of knowledge and understanding of VirtualEdge processes, solutions and products, keeping current with release levels and industry trends Minimal travel required
