Project Manager, LEAN - Software

Description:
The Project Manager, LEAN Software will act as an individual contributor who will lead process improvement projects within a function in order to achieve improved processes and cost control. You will drive improvements in business performance using Lean Enterprise Six Sigma Technologies improving Quality in our Software Development Business. Your key responsibilities will be to analyze, test, and resolve software defects.

This position can be based in Cleveland, OH; Milwaukee,WI or Vancouver, CN.


Travel requirements: 20%.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

o Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
o 7-10 years minimum experience software or automation experience
o Root Cause Analysis
o Six Sigma Trained/Strong Working Knowledge
o Transactional Six Sigma Skills focusing on projects for allocations and charges OR Test Engineer experience focused on root cause support calls and improving software usability.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

o Masters or MBA

o Black Belt Certified
o Software Development Life Cycle
o Field experience in Software Defects
