Project Manager (Production)

Job Description:
This position is responsible to the Production Manager and is one of several assigned project managers specifically focused on new production / order fulfillment. Project Managers follow well-defined processes and task steps with predefined reporting requirements. In addition to site building, the Project Managers interact with customers in collecting requirements, training, and serve as a backup to our customer-facing Account Specialists. Essential skills include:
 
* Establish and maintain outstanding consultative relationship with dealerships and automotive groups via phone and email.
* Fluent in Reynolds Web Solutions products, services, technology and website ownership, in general, including content, controls, inventory, leads and leads delivery and site administration tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage 30 to 50 projects simultaneously, including large dealerships and high visibility corporate accounts. Must be capable of maintaining accurate documentation in a very fast-paced, high volume web production environment.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical dealership owners, general managers, IT directors, Internet Managers, vendors and sales teams.
* Identify and articulate customer issues to internal Reynolds Web Solutions departments (sales, operations, technology, HR) and coordinate appropriate resolution to insure customer satisfaction. Coordination and effort at this level involves skills and techniques that provide exceptional value to the Reynolds team.
* Assists in the requirements definition, development, and training of new technologies for our customers.

Job Requirements:
Associate's degree, two years of college or equivalent experience. Prior Experience: 2 - 4 years in a customer-facing technical solutions support capacity.
