Position Summary:
Oversees the installation and client acceptance of website and web development engagements. Provides management and guidance of day-to-day activities between client and Digital Insight delivery resources. Ensures customer satisfaction of Web Services solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules and required deliverables. Typically uses more project management skills than technical skills. Services may be provided on a fee-for-service basis or be included as part of the purchase price for company products. May involve extensive interaction with Sales, Contracts, Account Management, Technical Services, Implementation Services, and/or Product Development to ensure the timely delivery of new or existing products to clients. Plans and directs schedules and monitors the project from initiation through delivery and testing. Coordination with resources in various departments to schedule, install, test and deliver contracted products within timelines with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires a 4-year college degree in an appropriate field of study and a minimum of 2 years experience (or, an equivalent combination of education and experience). Typically reports to a Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Serves as the primary point of contact and acts as internal advocate for the financial institution (external customer). Responsible for familiarizing the FI with the development process and timeline and guiding the customer through the process in the delivery of the end product/project to successful completion.
2. Coordination with internal resources throughout the implementation phases to ensure quality product/project delivery.
3. Manage product enhancement projects to improve security, functionality and usability of web products.
4. Maintain required documentation for all projects Required ExperienceQualifications:
Along with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful incumbent will bring with them:
1) 4 year college degree in relevant field of study, 2 years experience
2) Fundamental understanding of project management, familiarity with web design, development and related technologies.
3) Ability to work in a team setting in a leadership and/or member role.
4) Effective communicator with a strong attention to detail.
