Project Office System Administrator

First American MLS Solutions, a division of the First American Residential Group, is a leading provider of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems and real estate software in North America. First American MLS Solutions offers a full line of technology products and support services to the real estate industry, including MLS organizations, franchisors, and agents. First American MLS Solutions has an immediate opening for a Project Office System Administrator reporting to our Knoxville, TN location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Maintenance and support of existing tools and utilities to conduct the project management, project tracking, developer allocation and other functions of Project Office, including but not limited to Visual Intercept and Project Server.
- Responsible for back-ups and system administration of Visual Intercept and Project Server.
- Responsible for making modifications to existing tools and building new utilities as needed, as well as running existing queries, making modifications and building new queries to support the reporting function of Project Office.
- Builds and charts reports.
- Assists Project Office Manager with researching new technologies and tools to add efficiency. Responsible for implementation of tools into the process.
- Participates in regular duties of Project Office, such as planning, scheduling, reporting and managing the projects.

Qualifications
Position requires:
- 1+ year experience with ASP and ASP.net (C# preferred), SQL Server 2000 and SQL language.
- Excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, including the ability to work with multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
-Good written and oral communication and problem solving skills required.
Requires a B.S. in Science or equivalent combination or education and work experience.
