Our direct client, a leader as an IT healthcare solutions provider, has an immediate opening for the following position:

Position:  Quality Assurance Team Lead

Duration: CONTRACT TO HIRE

Rate:to $50.00 HR during contract period / $80K per year

Location: Windsor Mill, MD  21244

The ideal candidate will have strong management skills in terms of managing deliverables and people, and will also meet the requirements outlined below.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 3 years in a QA lead role.
Excellent writing skills including writing test plans, test/use cases, test summary reports, status reports, etc.
Strong understanding of integration testing, regression testing, stress testing.
7+ years of hands-on experience with SQL.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience in working with the Data Warehouse type projects is a big plus.
Knowledge of Report writing tools such as COGNOS, Microstrategy, Crystal is a big plus.
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools is a plus.
Knowledge of Relational or Dimensional data models is a plus.
Healthcare and accounting knowledge is a plus.
Working experience in UNIX and mainframe environment is NICE TO HAVE.
