Lead and Senior Level Testers

Aquent has a client with contract opportunities for lead and senior level testers. Lead testers will lead the testing of various projects, while senior testers will be essentially responsible for writing and executing test cases. Contracts will range from 3 to 6 months depending on the position.


All candidates must possess:
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? The ability to work independently
? The ability to direct the activities of others
? The ability to adapt to a wide variety of situations
? Demonstrated experience in multiple test techniques


Lead Testers Technical skills must include:
? 5+ Years leading large testing efforts
? 3+ Years Experience creating sizing (estimating), Test Plans, Test Schedule for large test efforts
? 5+ Years experience creating test cases
? 2+ years experience leading testers
? Manual execution of testing and the creation of defect reports


Senior Testers Technical skills must include:
? 4+ Years experience in testing
? Experience writing test cases, creating bug reports, executing and tracking testing
? assignments
? Experience in data validation and cross-system integration
? Experience in mainframe and client server testing
? Understanding of retail or financial concepts a plus
