RUP/SOA Methodology Developer

Help us develop an end-to-end Service Oriented Architecture methodology based on RUP, from business processes identification through solution delivery, and including SOA governance and asset management. We are looking for senior people with significant experience in software development and technical leadership, ideally with SOA and RUP development skills. The RUP is the leading software development methodology, used by thousands of companies and hundreds of thousands of developers, and is rapidly increasing coverage of areas such as SOA, portfolio and program management, compliance, asset management, and operations. The major part of the job is
content delivery for the RUP product and the integration of other methodologies.

A RUP Methodology Content Developer captures content in configurable plug-ins using method configuration tools. Design skills highly desired. Ability to organize, package, and define relationships between elements, such as roles, work products, and tasks. Knowledge of service oriented architecture methods and tools is very important. Writing, training, and presenting experience are also important.
