Real Programmer - C++ and Ruby on Rails most relevant

Looking for a talent junior-to-intermediate programmer to work in Ruby &| Perl &| C++ & XML
as part of a team maintaining and extending an established and multifaceted multiplatform
networked business application.


Degree helpful but less interesting than proven ability to code in a team environment
using modern practices including revision control. Experience in any or many of:


- open source software
- enterprise computing
- databasing
- multiple flavors of Unix
- machine control
- in-depth knowledge of Windows
are also attractive attributes of a candidate.
