Role Overview

We have a full-time Receptionist opportunity for a professional Receptionist who is looking for a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will jump in, roll up their sleeves and assist our dedicated and supportive team with a smile.   

 

The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, greeting all office visitors, maintaining the reception and front copy area, sorting and distributing mail and incoming packages and assisting the Office Manager with organizing and stocking the office.  In addition the Receptionist is also responsible for setting up and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and interviews, stocking the office kitchen daily, making coffee and setting up food and refreshments for meetings and outings, placing daily meal orders for the office with outside vendors, and assisting with various administrative and clerical projects on a regular basis.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with a ?can-do? attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves to do a great job and have fun doing it.  You should apply for this role if you are the kind of person who:
