Position Summary:
Workbrain is looking for a Regional Vice President for our West Coast operations (office is based in Newport Beach, California). The RVP is a leader and mentor, accountable for region?s financial management, business development, project delivery, professional services team management as well as client and partner relationship management. The RVP will provide strategic planning and guidance to maximize client satisfaction. Accountable for achieving regional financial and services targets and contributing to software maintenance revenue objectives through support of all Workbrain solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Business/Financial Management ? include but not limited to:
Accountable for regional project revenue and margin targets, e.g. through billable rate, consultant billable efficiency, expense and cost management.Responsible for general administration and oversight for the consulting services regional budget; ensure that financial plans (revenue and profitability goals) are met or exceeded.Accountable for all add-on SOWs (Statements of Work) approvals.Ensure the existence and consistency, thoroughly understand, and accurately execute upon all commercial agreements applicable to engagements.Ensure that operational metrics are achieved or exceeded as the basis for measuring operational excellence.Accountable for revenue forecast and project accounting related reports.Accountable for maintenance of all appropriate business records, e.g. signed agreements, electronic project document folders and email audit trails
Business Relationships ? include but not limited to:
Works closely with the license sales group to develop strategy as well as other groups within Global Services (Client Support, Client Success, Educational Services and Operations). Establish and maintain executive level and other key relationships within the client, participating third party partner, and Workbrain organizations, facilitating easy access for other Workbrain management.
Services Delivery ? include but not limited to:
Oversees overall project objectives (milestones and timelines, scope, budget, quality, realization of benefits) through implementation of and adherence to the S2V (or other appropriate) Methodology and project controls and processes (software configuration/version control, change control, etc.).Ensure appropriate project working environment to facilitate project success, e.g. space, tools, support of client, partner and Workbrain organizations

Essential Knowledge & Skills:
Education & Experience
15+ years consulting and/or implementation experience, with 7+ years as a leader in business application software or Enterprise solutions (e.g. JD Edwards, Baan, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel, i2, Agile, Commerce One, and EAI) within Fortune 500 companies, including 5+ years? experience in Project Management, systems design and implementation.A successful track record of building and managing a world class team.Effective oral and written communication for all levels within an organization.Proven experience as a valued contributor to the leadership team in strategically supporting a business through rapid growth and/or change.Possess excellent closure and time management skills.Bachelor?s degree in Business or Technology related area, with preferred experience in an analytical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics; an MBA or comparable advanced degree is desirable.

Ability to provide a positive impression of Workbrain by exceeding client expectations.Develops knowledge of client systems, architecture, processes and business verticals.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel throughout North America.
