Regression Test Engineer
Execute production runs to assure quality of products.
Perform Debugging, Analysis, and Report generations on production runs.
Identify product defects and provide support to their resolutions.
Improve overall efficiency of regression testing.
Incorporate new platform to testbeds or design new network topologies.
Integrate new test scripts into production runs. Expand test coverage.
Optimize and improve processes, test script, and test beds
Required:
B.S. Computer Science/EE or equivalent working experience
Software development and/or testing experience & debugging expertise.
Programming experience in C, Unix, and networking
Solid networking knowledge, TCP/IP
Unix Administration skills
Preferred:
M.S. Computer Science/Engineering (strongly preferred)
Network automated test experience
Tcl/Tk scripting experience and knowledge
Strong networking knowledge, TCP/IP, routing protocols, WAN protocols
Knowledge of traffic generation tools (e.g. PagGent/Smartbit).
Knowledge of RDBMS and HTML/CGI, WEB design
Working experience in or knowledge of Voice and Video products
