Remedy Developer

As part of the Operations Systems Development Team, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operational customer service delivery systems infrastructure for the entire company. The focus for the position is primarily on development and administration of Remedy and maintenance and development on other related customer service delivery related systems.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

Skill sets for this position should include, but are not limited to the following:Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux administrationExtremely strong knowledge of Remedy Strong knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle)Excellent hardware and software trouble-shooting skillsExpertise in installing, trouble-shooting, and maintaining complex TCP/IP networks, routing, and physical network topologiesStrong interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to understand and articulate complex ideas and concepts in both verbal and written formMotivated self-starting individual; Team player.Must Have proven skills in the design of professional looking, user interfacing forms

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

 Experience developing in a Windows environmentExperience with MicroMuse NetcoolExperience with C and Java
