Collect data from a variety of sources and analyze trends and patterns to take action and improve processes.

Identify root-causes of issues and make recommendations to minimize future occurrences.

Develop and analyze meaningful daily, weekly, and monthly business reports by extracting data from a variety of business systems including DST, ICOMS, Witness, Remedy, ACP, CSG, and Crystal.

Provide reporting to appropriate management team members.

Develop user-friendly database for gathering statistics or automating functionality for areas that are currently handled manually.

Assist with operational testing on newly implemented databases.

Interface with local/appropriate management to understand the fast changing business needs and update the management report in verbal and written form.

Complete work accurately and meet all deadlines for completion and distribution of all reports.

Prioritize and manage all performance variance analysis, identify causes and develop action plans to correct.

Develop performance reports for system stakeholders in order to assure tracking of departmental key performance indicators.

Assure operations have and implement tracking mechanisms for all metrics.

Develop efficient means of gathering data on an ongoing basis.

Determine significant variances and measure productivity and efficiency by performing monthly variance and trend analysis.

Assist in developing new standardized tracking measures.

Consolidate and summarize individual market/region information into a comprehensive report to be published at regular intervals.

Provide recommendations for additional reports, tracking tools, and/or metrics that will contribute to the management of productivity and performance.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in self-study and work experience.

Ability to understand business needs and translate them into application functionality.

2 - 3 years prior experience in developing programs and reports from
relational databases.

Demonstrated ability to develop complex relational databases, Excel worksheets and graphical reports.

Proven record in manipulation and automation of relational databases (SQL/Microsoft Access, Oracle).

Prior experience working with reporting tools such as Seagate Reports, Cognos, Brio, Crystal reports, Microstrategy or Hyperion.

Excellent analytical skills including trend analysis (specifically related to analysis in current/prior job function).
