Requirements Analyst

The Design Team Requirements Analyst will be responsible for the definition and management of programming development projects supporting our Billing and Customer Care system at our billing vendors, as well as coordination with our internal datamart and online development teams.  Projects include both functionality enhancements to existing programs and core systems improvements.  The position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in defining or understanding business rules and their implications to systems, and strong analysis, communication, writing and time management skills. SQL experience a plus.

 

Responsibilities:Work with project sponsors to define and document business and system requirements for vendor or in-house developmentManage projects with the sponsor and vendor(s) through the development lifecycle including conducting and coordinating user testingParticipate in requirements document reviews and in-house programming reviews with other Design Team members and help identify project overlap, gaps and conflictsParticipate in high level design reviews with the billing vendor analysts Ensure programs developed at the billing vendor and in-house maintain business and design consistency and provide support in troubleshooting problems/issuesCoordinating project changes with internal datamart team.
